I saw on your Veracity site that Motec CDS had a new Motec-compatible GPS/beacon. Will that be compatible with the ADL or will it just work with ADL2? Also,
is it the same functionality as the one for CDS and AIM where you push the button at the start/finish and it logs it for future laps as well?

The CDS GPS-based beacon/speed system can be attached to all Motec dash & ECU products. You push the button to indicate the beacon location when you first
visit a track, and every time you pass that location, the beacon pulse will be triggered -- this uses one of the digital inputs to the ADL or ECU. The GPS
speed data can be used either in addition to existing wheelspeed sensors, or as a replacement. It will require either a speed or digital input.
Never worry about leaving your beacon transmitter at the track again... |

Great. Veracity is helpful as usual. I have a beacon receiver, but no beacon as i generally use the ProFM guys at the track. Now I just wont have to worry. I
guess I could even sell my receiver to help fund it.

It's $660 regardless of what type of connectors are used (AIM/Binder, Stack/Mini-Sureseal, Pi Research/Sureseal, MoTeC/DTM).
