I went down to my local auto parts store to buy a box of NGK plugs. The young guy running the computer said the 9 heat range is no longer produced. I
didn't ask about 8. I haven't cross-checked this with another source as of yet. If this is accurate, is there a new favorite?

What is the part number or the designation for the plugs you want?

AP9FS is the cold plug and AP8FS is the hot plug.
I also heard that they were discontinued but then back in production? Pegasus shows as in stock and I'd guess the engine guys have them on hand too. My favorite is whatever Jay says! |

listed as obsoleted, no replacement. (This is not the NGK official site, but an outfit that sells them.)
