			<description><![CDATA[ The final race has run, the fat lady has sung and the 2009 VS2 Championships are in the books.  Lightning was a bust, wet and Cold, only one VS2 driver made
the attempt and even Die-Hard Davey C. had to pack it up by Sat.  The final numbers remain unchanged thru 6.  Grand Champion VS2, Season 4, 2009 is Peter
Gates!  Pete also headed the Vintage Class with 3 Wins in 3 starts and won the coveted Vanderbuilt Cup from EMRA.  All in all a pretty good season Mr. Gates.

			<description><![CDATA[ We have had several questions concerning recent SCCA rules changes and how they might apply to our rules in NAC-SRCC.

The answer is that they don&#39;t. We are trying to keep things simple and fun.
<br>
Let me address the main questions.
<br>
No Aluminum heads, iron head Pintos only.
<br>
No upgraded Elgin cam. Only the cams as shown in our rules, ground to stock spec&#39;s.
<br>
No multiple minimum weight cam and head combinations. Iron head, stock cam, 1310 lbs. as raced.
